Patrick Waldo has over a decade expertise building patented legal and supply chain SaaS solutions adopted by the Fortune 500. Currently, he is on a mission to make paperwork frictionless with his company UnicornForms. As VP of Product at Decernis, one of the largest global compliance companies, he drove product development, led technical due diligence through two PE acquisitions and holds two patents for his innovations. At FoodChain ID, he led post-merger integration strategies as VP of Product of the data service division. Later, he became the Head of Product Management through their Series B at Redica Systems, a Bay area startup delivering FDA analytics and monitoring solutions to Quality Management Systems in Pharmaceuticals. He holds two masters from Carnegie Mellon and the University of Bologna, where he studied IT, management, policy and economics.
